SHS Admission Requirements

ON-SITE APPLICATION AND ENROLMENT FOR NEW AND OLD STUDENTS

 APPLICATION AND ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW STUDENTS:

1. Two (2) pcs. recent 2x2 picture
2. Two (2) pcs. Photocopies of PSA Birth Certificate
3. Original/Certified True Copy of Report Card (For children with previous schooling)
4. Medical Certificate (If there is a health condition) 

All requirements should be submitted in a LONG BROWN ENVELOPE on the day of the exam.

 

Enrolment Procedure (New Students):

Step 1 - Submit the complete requirements.

Step 2 - Fill-out registration form (Please read and understand carefully before signing)

Step 3 - After reading and signing.

Step 4 - Pay at the Cashier.
