Preschool (NKP)

• Nursery should be at least 3-3 1/2 to 4 years old by June of the next school year.

• Kinder should be at least 4 1/2 to 5 years old by June of the next school year.

• Preparatory should be at least 5 1/2 to 6 years old by June of the next school year.
   

Elementary and High School

1. Grade 1 entering Harrell Horne Integrated School from other school

• He or she must know how to read with fluency in his or her level.

• He or she must pass the admission test.

• He or she must have the general average of at least 83 with no grade lower than 80 in any subject and in conduct of any grading period.

2. Grade 2 up to High School requirements:

• He or she must pass the admission test.

• He or she must have the general average of at least 85 with not grade lower than 80 in any subject and in conduct of any grading period.
   

Requirements for Incoming Students/Transferees (Filipino Students)

1. Authenticated Birth Certificate by the National Statistic Office.

2. Photocopy of the Baptismal Certificate (for Catholics) needed during the first communion and confirmation rites for Grade 4.

3. Photocopy of the report card with at least 1st and 2nd quarter duly signed by the Registrar or the Principal.

4. Recommendation Form.

5. 2 pcs. 2x2 recent photo (colored).
    

Requirements for Incoming Students/Transferees (Foreign Students)
Additional Requirements

1. Copy of Birth Certificate from the office of the Civil Registrar of the respective country of birth, translated into English or Embassy Certification of birth.

2. Special Study Permit issued by the Bureau of Immigration.

3. Identification Certificate or Filipino Citizen issued by the Bureau of Immigration
   (for applicants with dual citizenship).

4. Final Report Card from Grade 1 up to most recent level of schooling. Transcribed and description of subjects must be included.
